One of the first Exotics you’ll be able to get your Guardian’s grubby hands on is Cayde-6’s hand cannon. It’s an essential death-dealer from our main robotic man, and even that comes with an Exotic Quest you need to complete.

If you’re confused about Exotic Quests, just check your inventory. Tab right from your Equipment / Character menu, and then select one of the yellow icons. A yellow icon usually means you’re going to get an Exotic reward for completing every step described in the pop-up.More Destiny 2: Forsaken guides on Gameranx:.How To Find Every Exotic Weapon (So Far) Exotics Guide Work-in-Progress: There are lots of Exotics to hunt down in Destiny 2: Forsaken, but we’re still searching for them all. Destiny 2: Forsaken is the first major expansion coming to Bungie’s hobby shooter, and it promises to revitalise the game’s universe.

The only challenging step that isn’t clear is finding Cayde’s secret caches on multiple planets. When you’re near the cache, a message will appear. Cache #1: EDZ – In Firebase Hades, at the entrance through the Sunken Isles passage. Cache #2: Io – In the Wraith Mines. Cache #3: Nessus – Starting from Exodus Black, and go right down and past the teleporter pad. Cache #4: Tangled Shore – At the Jetsam of Saturn, far south. After finding all the caches, you’ll unlock the “Ace of Spades” story mission. The references to the first Destiny are great, the gameplay is familiar and it is very easy to get back into the swing of things. The lore is enriching, and it makes me want to know more about the Collapse and everything that happened prior to the game. But Bungie, what the hell were you thinking? Micro-transactions everywhere, an annual pass? Greed seems to have gotten to this once great company's head, and the amount of times they've been raked over the coals is eye-opening yet not surprising. I have spent a total of over $100 on this game. The Forsaken DLC was Bungie's latest attempt to try and get some of their player base back, but go and ruin it with the annual pass (which I also had to buy to progress past 550 power) which proves almost useless.

They just added an armory that gives you weapons you have to grind for and a new version of Gambit that is exactly the same as regular Gambit, except it's only one round. So much wasted potential. Submitted on 3/26/2019 Review title of ContraryStream7D2 has forgotten what made D1 great.Ive played destiny since beta. Sadly they took the best part of destiny and left it behind. Destiny is now all about pvp instead of the game. You want any decent gun expect to play a lot of crucible or gambit. They should have left it like d1 where it was a choice if u want to do pvp.

I never minded the cost that people have complained about because i had so very many hours of fun and friends. I just enjoyed the raids and strikes, even the chaallenge of nightfalls. I just deleted d2 and yes i cried but if i wanted pvp i would have picked halo or some war game where you just go kill each other.

In my opinion they have ruined the best game ever. Submitted on 3/6/2020 Review title of VoidLanceOriginal past been DeletedWell, well, my original review has mysteriously dissapeared. No worry, i'll just post a new one. Spent way too much on this game, 80 on pre-order with season pass then i have to get forsaken(60) that includes all the suff i already had and no i couldn't get just forsaken and litteraly have to buy the whole game again. Then a extra 30 for a equivalent of a season pass. Then there is the broken cruible(yes i spelt it wrong), and the fact that the third class ability require a large group to even obtain the unlock and you need to do it twice, btw its impossible for even a fire team(party of 3) to clear it, need min of 5 unless all 3 has best gear, raid exotic and perfect cooperation. Even after everything third skill are mostly stupid and basically reskin of the other elements.

Each class does have at least one brand new animation. Titian has new solar maw, warlock has arc laser beam of death, hunter has a multi solar knife throw but the other 😒Then there is the got damn light lv. Submitted on Review title of Sicarius 416A lot of potential burried under microtransactions.Content wise the game is great. You can sink hundreds of hours or more into crafting builds and completing the back catalogue of content.

Unfortunately the dlc situation is frustrating. Paying so much money for the base game and expansions, and then seasons, feels like it was a mistake now that the first year is free.

The excuse that we paid for the content and got to enjoy it all this time is weak considering the trash fire that didn't improve until Forsaken. Might as well have waited to enjoy a free, polished game. Add on overpriced cosmetics to the extensive paid expansions and the game seems more and more like a shameless cash grab. If dlc situation is fixed or crucible is better balanced with all this dlc money then this game will be 5 stars. For now it is just average and warranting a wall of text.
